Privacy
Clients will be asked to complete a questionnaire form concerning past and present health prior to receiving services, on their initial visit to the Center.
Returning clients are requested to disclose any medical condition and/or prescription medications you may be taking at the time of your appointment.
Your privacy is important to us. We will never share or sell personal information of our clients.
Cancellations
Cancelling or missing an appointment affects many people.
When booking an appointment all new clients will be asked to leave a credit card number to reserve their appointment. If a new client needs to cancel the appointment she/he must do so at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in an automatic charge of 50% of the cost of the service cancelled.
Returning clients who fail to cancel, or miss an appointment, will be charged a $25.00 missed appointment fee.
Payments
Payment is accepted by Cash, Personal Check, Visa, or MasterCard. Returned checks will be assessed a $20 fee. Pricing for services is subject to change without notice.
Age Requirement
Massage can benefit children of all ages. If you are under 18 years of age, a note from a legal guardian is required.
Your Comfort Matters
Plan on arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so your therapist may get you checked in, review your medical history and determine an appropriate session therapy according to your needs.
WCMT is a soothing, relaxing, and quiet atmosphere. Cell phones, beepers, and other communication devices should be placed in quiet or vibrate mode during your visit. We are also smoke-free.
