Adrienne Tierney, LMT
Adrienne Tierney is a 2002 graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. She has co-owned and managed Waterford Center for Massage Therapy since 2005. At age 19, Adrienne was positive that her career path was leading her into the field of Therapeutic Massage and she looks forward to a long fulfilling career.
Adrienne has been working full time as a massage therapist since 2002. She has expanded her knowledge by attending multiple continuing education courses in various techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, energy work and fibromyalgia relief to enhance her hands-on skills. She has accumulated thousands of hours of hands-on experience.
Adrienne firmly believes that she can best assist others by taking the best care of herself and receives the benefits of massage and bodywork regularly. As an experienced massage therapist, she uses her intuition as a guiding force to help facilitate the client’s own innate healing abilities.
